Our Mission
The mission of Journey Hospice, LLC is to provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, as well as their families and loved ones, while assisting patients and families to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with end-of-life issues.

The Journey Hospice nurses, social worker and even the DME provider working with Journey, were all very friendly, professional and sympathetic to our situation. Even though I have been a nurse for nearly 30 years, it is nice to know there would be other nurses involved in my Mother's care, to guide me on the right path.
